Join us for a captivating demonstration by our resident artist, Tejumola Adenuga. He will be creating his signature lamps inspired by landscapes across Nigeria, using the material Jesmonite. This demonstration serves as an ode to his childhood neighbourhood, a vibrant hub of crafts men and women dedicated to their individual trades. Through this demonstration, Tejumola aims to conjure a fictional universe where this traditional craftsmanship still thrives in a contemporary context.
Prior to the demonstration there will be a talk and Q&A session, offering attendees the chance to engage with Tejumola and gain deeper insights into his work and creative process.
